Cannot find the Square email? Contact Valet Vet and include your pet name plus the Square subscription ID shown above. We can help find the right Square link, but we never ask for card numbers by email.
Refunds do not stop future billing
A refund returns money from a past payment. It does not pause or cancel the subscription. To stop future charges, the subscription must also be paused or canceled in Square.
- Ask Valet Vet for the refund or billing correction.
- Confirm whether future shipments should continue.
- If future billing should stop, pause or cancel the subscription too.
