Pause, cancel, or update payment
Use this page to pause the next billing cycle or cancel future billing. Square manages saved cards, so card updates must still use the Manage subscription link in your Square subscription email or staff help.
Cannot find the Square email? Contact Valet Vet and include your pet name plus the Square subscription ID shown above. We never ask for card numbers by email.
Refunds do not stop future billing
A refund returns money from a past payment. It does not pause or cancel the subscription. To stop future charges, the subscription must also be paused or canceled in Square.
- Ask Valet Vet for the refund or billing correction.
- Confirm whether future shipments should continue.
- If future billing should stop, pause or cancel the subscription too.
