Refund & Return Policy

Prescription medications are reviewed and dispensed for a specific patient. Once a prescription medication has been dispensed, picked up, or shipped, it generally cannot be returned or refunded.

Exceptions may be made when Valet Vet made an error, the shipment was damaged, the wrong item was sent, or a correction is otherwise appropriate under veterinary pharmacy and patient-safety rules.

Unopened, unused, non-prescription retail items may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery or pickup.

Items must be in original packaging and approved by Valet Vet before return. Opened, used, expired, temperature-sensitive, or special-order items may not be returnable.

Refunding a previous payment does not pause, cancel, or change future subscription billing.

To stop future charges, the subscription must also be paused or cancelled through the Manage Subscriptions page or with help from our team.

Shipping charges may be non-refundable once a shipping label has been purchased or a package has shipped.

If we sent the wrong item or an item arrived damaged, contact us promptly so we can review the order and correct it.

Please contact Valet Vet within 7 days of delivery if an order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect.

Include the order number, pet name when applicable, and photos of the product/packaging so our team can review quickly.
